     I think an influencer marketing can benefit a hotel, restaurant or spa better than a traditional marketing because an influencer marketing are more impact than a traditional marketing. Indeed, an influencer marketing can be a celebrity or simply blogger but this ideas can influence readers, the written diffused on the blog or in the media are followed by many people. For example, for a restaurant a famous person that create a blog and whose try this restaurant. this person made a good or bad critic, the followers go consider  his opinion or the way of thinking. Or again for a restaurant or hotel, comments on trip advisor can persuade people, consumers.

The digital touch point is used, from digital media device or tool, by an individual to deliver a message.
The digital touch point differs from country to country because all the countries doesn’t have the same technologic advance or doesn’t have the income.  Indeed, for example, in Japan the income and the advance technologic are much important and higher than Ireland. In Japan the last device like a tablet will be already commercialized contrary to Ireland. The needs and the culture of country play a role in the digital touch point.
The digital touch point differs from industry to industry in the same country because the needs of customer or employees are not the same. For example, in business industry the digital touch point will be more present than in leisure industry. Moreover, this depends also of the strategy of industry.  Certain industry made a strategy only with digital touch point like citizenM and other industry like Accor use a little the digital touch point.
            Not so much typical hotels use this various touch point to convert lookers to bookers. Indeed, the typical hotels are his clientele and are typical. It use their key, their room service and have their strategy to get bookers.
The most important touch point for a hotel to employ is the order for a deal or drink. Indeed, the customer receives the order quickly. Without this device for touch point the order will put more time. Moreover, when the restaurant is busy, it’s easier and more quickly to get food. This increase the rapidity and, so the revenue of service.
In decision journey, people can use 5 devices that are television, computer, tablet smartphone or again watch.
